Our former Governor Jennifer Granholm was confirmed by a bipartisan vote in the Senate to be the new Secretary of Energy. She will have an important role to play the Biden administration’s emphasis on dealing with climate change and moving the country toward a fossil fuel free electric grid and fossil fuel free transportation system. She is excited to be a leader in that process of transformation that will create jobs and protect against the increasing ravages of world wide climate change.
